The Bellaire community kicked off July 4th with a fun and patriotic morning of decorative floats, school bands, Boy Scout troops, and classic cars. Participants and families gathered around for a festive morning of red, white and blue! Closing off the parade was a festival for the families to enjoy games, food and live music.
