As storm clouds brewed and rain began to fall, Memorial residents remained determined to enjoy their 4th of July with a fun and festive neighborhood parade. Donning ponchos, raincoats and umbrellas, the citizens came prepared.

Despite its short duration, the festival featured floats, flags and a good time for all.
