Fate brought Kirby Cohen and Jeff Levey together in 2014. (Or was it a popular watering hole in Uptown Dallas and a couple of mutual friends?) Either way, the rest was history for this Houston girl, a graduate of Memorial High School, and Dallas boy. Three years later, on a cold, rainy evening in one of their favorite cities, Jeff (who works at Hudson Advisors) proposed to Kirby (who works at The PR Boutique) at The London House in Chicago. On Oct. 20 at Lakeway Resort and Spa, Kirby was escorted down the aisle by parents Sandy and Terry Cohen, wearing a dress from the bridal salon where her mom works, Joan Pillow, while family friend Dee Dee Dochen sang All I Ask of You. The couple exchanged vows underneath the chuppah overlooking Lake Travis and danced the night away with 250 family and friends. Per the groom’s request, the evening ended on a sweet note as guests enjoyed dirt cake cups topped with gummy worms.
