Joe Francisco married Nicki Erickson on June 15. The ceremony was held at the Epiphany of the Lord Catholic Church, and the reception was at Cherie Flores Pavilion at Hermann Park McGovern Gardens, with close friends and family toasting the couple in the beautiful garden setting. Joe is a graduate of Memorial High School and Texas A&M University at Galveston in maritime business, and Nicki is a graduate of Katy High School and Texas State in accounting, and she is studying for her masters in accounting from the University of Houston. The two met while working at Enterprise Products; a date for a single beer led to a lifelong commitment. Trips, rodeo concerts, social gatherings and their faith grew their love. The groom’s parents, Ellie and Michael Francisco, and the bride’s parents, Katrina and Tim Erickson, are thrilled the couple will live in Houston.
