New Eagle Scouts
Julien Stuckwisch, Aiden Seidensticker, and Luke Lyster were honored as new Eagle Scouts in Troop 599 at Memorial Drive United Methodist Church. Julien (on left), a junior at Stratford High School, wanted to give back to Meadow Wood Elementary with his Eagle Project. He built picnic tables and a wooden trash can holder so students could have a class outside or have a spot to relax under the oak trees. Aiden (middle), a senior at Memorial High School, completed his Eagle Project at his home church, Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church. He honored his preschool by building and installing a mud kitchen and planting a citrus tree at The Yellow School. Luke (on right), a student at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and a 2021 graduate of Stratford, chose the Brookwood Community as the beneficiary of his Eagle Scout project. Luke and his fellow scouts built and installed four multi-person benches to allow more residents to participate comfortably in the fishing program. With the help of many, Luke also collected fishing poles and tackle boxes.
