Honorees are Barbara and Barry Lewis and Sharon and Brad Rauch.
Seven Acres Jewish Senior Care Services will celebrate more than 80 years of compassionate care for Houston’s Jewish seniors and their families at its “Making Waves for a Better Home” Gala on February 19, 2026, at the Hilton Americas–Houston beginning at 5:30 p.m.
The event will honor the legacy of Seven Acres and The Medallion Assisted Living Residence, recognizing the caregivers, volunteers and community members who make exceptional, faith-based care possible. Honorees include Barbara and Barry Lewis and Sharon and Brad Rauch.
Proceeds from the gala will enhance residents’ quality of life by funding medical equipment, therapeutic programs and other essential services. Nearly 70% of residents rely on Medicaid, which covers only part of their care. Community donations help bridge that gap and support programs that sustain Jewish life, including Shabbat, holiday and cultural celebrations.
The gala includes cocktails, dinner, and auction. Dietary laws observed.
