West University mothers are invited to enjoy some rest and relaxation before Mother’s Day at Colonial Park Pool, on May 9, 9-11 a.m., at the fifth annual Mom’s Spa Day. The kid-free morning by the pool will include massages, breakfast, mimosas, raffle prizes and a gift, courtesy of the West University Parks and Recreation Department. The event is limited to the first 60 registrants. Cost is $15 for West University residents and $10 for non-resident guests. For information, call 713-662-7420 or go to westutx.gov/events.
