Hello, my name is Libby Nunez. I am a senior at St. Pius X. I started writing in fifth grade when I became too scared to voice my opinions. I never believed I could do anything with my writing till my seventh-grade English teacher told me that I could make a living and make history out of my words. Since then I’ve been writing nonstop. When I entered high school I went straight to band, since I’ve been playing the clarinet since sixth grade. I then joined choir, handbells and theatre. I also started drawing and painting on my free time. If I’m not doing that I’m normally with my family and my pets. I was adopted with my brother into a family of three. My mom and dad were always supportive and loving and were really happy when I told them my dream to be a writer. If I’m not writing I’m either working or I am with my animals. I have one dog (Gus), one rabbit (Duke) and two kittens (Max and Milo). I’ve always had a love for animals and sometimes I will work my pets into my writing.
