Capturing that one intriguing moment in time that engages, enthralls, or rivets others and sharing it with the Houston community is what I love to do. My name is Talyn Burgess-Jimenez, and I am a senior at Memorial High School. At MHS, I am on the board of the Mustang Sweethearts and a member of the yearbook staff. I want to share my Mustang pride with the Houston community through School Buzz. When I’m not at school, you can find me hanging at Starbucks with my friends, watching The Office reruns, or watching sports, especially ice hockey. Currently, I am the Social Media Coordinator for the Houston Wild Hockey Club, a position that enables me to highlight our amazing players and communicate some of their once-in-a-lifetime moments with the hockey community. That’s why I'm so excited to be working for School Buzz:  it’s another outlet for doing what I love and sharing special moments with the city that I adore.
