Guacamole Deviled Eggs

Karina’s favorite cooking book The Forest Feast remains a staple in her kitchen and constant inspiration for recipes. 

Ingredients

6 peeled hard-boiled eggs
1 ripe avocado
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. spicy mustard
½ tsp. garlic powder
Salt, pepper and red chili flakes

Directions

Halve 6 peeled hard-boiled eggs and remove yolks. Combine two of the yolks (discard the others) with one ripe avocado plus mayo, mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mash together and spoon into egg whites. Garnish with red pepper flakes. Enjoy!
