Demi Pappas is a rising senior at Georgetown University, majoring in Marketing and minoring in Journalism and Greek. At Georgetown, she is a Sports Editor for The Hoya, the student newspaper, works for the McDonough School of Business Technology Center, and is a member of Georgetown’s Club Triathlon Team. When not on campus, she is either playing soccer, reading, or exploring D.C.’s museums, parks, and restaurants (although she refuses to eat Mexican food anywhere outside of Texas). Born and raised in Bellaire, Demi is a proud graduate of Bellaire High School. In Houston, Demi spends most of her free time with her goldendoodle Leo – and her human family, of course.
