My name is Emma Mankarious, and I’m a junior at Memorial High School. Words have always been my favorite medium—whether I’m drafting research essays, writing poetry, or piecing together stories. That passion has grown into something real, as I’m now a published poet working toward my first book. I’m thrilled to join School Buzz and share the voices, culture, and stories of Memorial. Beyond writing, I love reading, debate, cooking, and learning about different cultures. A fun fact about me is my family is split between Houston, Boston, and Egypt, and I carry them with me in everything I do.
