Night for nature
Guests enjoyed a Texas-style celebration at The Nature Conservancy’s 50th Anniversary Golden Jubilee at the Houston Polo Club. More than 440 people attended the event, led by chairs Ann and Don Short and co-chairs Allison and Troy Thacker. The night raised more than $771,000. Laura Huffman, state director of The Nature Conservancy in Texas, welcomed guests including Bill and Andrea White, Sheridan and John Eddie Williams, Phoebe and Bobby Tudor, Jana and Scotty Arnoldy, Clayton and Shel Erikson, Melissa and Oliver Tuckerman, Kim and Chuck Yates, Terry Hershey, Barbara and Jerry Hines, Alie and David Pruner, Alex Rosa, Jessica Phiffer, Adriane and Gordon Arnold, Tony Bradfield and Kevin Black.
