Despite a rainy November evening, there was sunshine inside Carrabba’s on Voss when former Memorial resident and now Austinite Carol Brejot hosted about 45 friends (new, old, colleagues, clients) to celebrate the ties that bind. The lively, eclectic crowd imbibed whole-heartedly, noshed on nibbles and swapped stories. Carol may live in Austin, but her Houston bonds are forever strong. In the crowd were Becky Kidd, Lisa Agnew, Boone Bullington, Jana Fedorko, Kay Vincent, Helaine Lubetkin, Terry Cohen and Suzi Kieval, Kathy Danna, Carla Harrington, Diane Dean, Beth Brown, Toni Harper, Libby Sims, Lynn Clayton, Becky Neuhaus, Allyson Andrews and Jamie Brewster.
