Record-breaking evening

Harris County District Attorney Devon Anderson and Jacqueline Baly (pictured, from left) attended the Crime Stoppers of Houston Gala. The gala broke records by raising over $390,000. Deborah Duncan and Chester Pitts emceed the evening and introduced the keynote speaker, Fox Business News’ John Stossel. Crime Stoppers Executive Director Rania Mankarious said Houstonians are connected to the mission of the public-safety organization. Attendees included Dominique Sachse, Nick Florescu, Michael Pearce, Matt Burrus, Miya Shay, state Rep. Gene Wu, HPD Chief Charles McClelland, Sheriff Adrian Garcia, Special Agent in Charge Michael Anderson, Leisa Holland-Nelson, Roseann Rogers, Vicki Rizzo, Mauri Oliver and Donae Chramosta.
