Around the world in a day
The 2015 West University Elementary School International Festival was a successful event thanks to volunteers eager to share their cultural heritage with students, families and community members. The theme this year was leaders and leadership in arts, literature, science, sports and the humanities, and the boards on display illustrated this well. Parents delivered 76 presentations over two days to the classes at West University. Performances included a martial-arts demonstration followed by a parade of all countries as the grand finale.
