Condit turns 100
Condit Elementary School is turning 100 this March, and to celebrate, Condit kindergartener Juliana Migliati (pictured) created a piece of artwork depicting the school’s symbol, a cat, wearing a royal crown with a 100 on top. The Centenary will be celebrated with a Great Gatsby theme at a March 7 gala at the Houston City Club. Community members, including past, present and even future Condit parents, are invited to the event. Tickets start at $100 and sponsorships go up to $5,000 or more.
