Kristin and David Thomas, a first-time “pregnant couple,” wanted to share the discovery with their family when they found out the sex of the baby. Kristin asked the nurse to put the results in a sealed envelope, and she dropped it off with the baker, Jody from Jody’s Cakes. Kristin’s parents, Dr. Mark and Julie Jacobs, hosted the exciting dessert party for the family. Kristin was sure it was a boy while David thought it was a girl. Travis Thomas and Chloe and Catherine Jacobs, siblings of the couple, are thrilled to be an uncle and aunts. Mark and Julie Jacobs and Cheryl and Larry Thomas will be first-time grandparents. By the way, the color inside the cake was pink.
