Friends and teammates Madeline Besetsny and Charlotte Hardig (pictured, from left) are ready for another soccer season together. The fourth graders have played on the same team, coached by their dads, J.J. Hardig and Curt Besetsny, for five years. This season’s team, the 10U Spring Branch-Memorial Sports Association’s White Cyclone, includes girls from Frostwood Elementary, Rummel Creek Elementary, Wilchester Elementary, St. Cecilia Catholic School, St. Ambrose Catholic School and The Post Oak School. The White Cyclone players are Abby Anderson, Erin Applebaum, Madeline Besetsny, Carolyn Briggs, Lieve Bruining, Margaret Cannon, Ally Evetts, Berkley Hamilton, Charlotte Hardig, Summer Massiatte and Jacqueline Reister.
