A Night of Wining, Dining and Designing with Evelyn’s Park Conservancy
The Wine. Dine. Design event last night with Evelyn’s Park Conservancy had 250 patrons carried by Wave buses last night to four homes from The Bellaire Fall New Home Showcase and featured cooking demonstrations and cocktails. Wine rooms, a man cave, super deluxe kitchen islands and outdoor retreats were conversational features. Viewers also got an eyeful of new trends in colors, counters, wall finishes and backsplashes.
Builders on hand to answer questions were Tommy Cashiola at Mulberry Lane, Roy Gabbay on Calvi Court, Scott and Kevin Frankel on Braeburn and Bryan Phillips on Grand Lake.
Patrons feasted on delights provided by Zelko Bistro, Dessert Gallery, Mostly Chocolate desserts by Dany Kamkhagi (truffles, bon bons and mondies) handed out by Jennifer Landa, tamales and ceviche by Picos's Arnoldo Richards, gumbo, jambalaya and grilled oysters by Luke Mandola's Ragin’ Cajun and Chef Scott Hightower. Deep Eddy Vodka, Herman Marshall Whiskey, Saint Arnold Brewing, Galilee Wines, The Tasting Room, Katz Coffee, McHugh Tea and Nice Wines made sure guest did not go thirsty.
Gage Bennett read about the The Bellaire Fall New Home Showcase online and asked his squeeze Crystal Schultea her opinion. Always the one to be inspired and support a good cause she said, “Let's go!” and they did.
Not pictured but also in the crowd enjoying the night were Claudia and Howard Miller, Lauren and Tim Popp.
