To celebrate the 70th anny of the Houston Junior Forum, a homecoming brunch was held at the Terrace Room, hosted by Lynn Guggolz. The HJF Recruitment and Admission Committee, led by Mopsy Andrews, and the Membership Committee, led by first vice president of membership Marilyn McDowel resulted in 38 new members attending. Everyone was buzzing about the Conversations of the Heart Luncheon, to be held Feb. 12 at The Junior League, honoring author and legendary restaurateur Johnny Carrabba. Volunteers Brenda Arcache, Mary Alice Black, Lynda Gilbreath, Penny Knutson and Marti Lund will be recognized. Co-chairs Paula Howeth and Judy Perkins are overwhelmed with the ticket response.
