Fashion for fundraising

More than 200 of Houston’s trendiest fashionistas and philanthropists, including Sara Cooper of fashion blog Simply Ollie (pictured, modeling an outfit from Monkee’s of Houston for the event’s fashion book The Trend Guide) filed into venue Station 3 for A Couture Cause 2016, benefiting Youth Hope Association and the Amschwand Sarcoma Foundation. The evening, co-hosted by lifestyle blogger Lyndsey Zorich and photographer Traci Ling, featured a DJ spinning tunes as supporters gabbed about fashion trends, sipped cocktails and posed in the photo booth with props. One hundred percent of the evening proceeds were donated to the two charities.
