St. Vincent de Paul Catholic School and Parish recently participated in the 11th Annual Steps for Students 5K Run/Walk. More than 12,545 students, parents, religious and faculty ran or walked the downtown Houston course with 266 members of the SVdP community participating. Captain and co-chair Mr. Claus Sorensen and co-chair Mr. Raffaele Sepe helped raise more than $12,000 in support of Catholic education, including support for SVdP's sister school, St. Peter the Apostle.
