Gather up your recycling on Saturday, 9 a.m.-1 p.m., and take advantage of this free recycling event in Bellaire at the water tower parking lot, including data shredding, scrap metal, computer equipment, textile recycling and more. Bay Day 2016

The Galveston Bay Foundation and community partners will present Bay Day on Saturday, 11 a.m.-4 p.m., a fun, family-friendly event that will include bay-themed arts and crafts, live animal demonstrations and touch tanks, science and marine exhibits, live music and more. See more details. 

Movie Night at Jessamine Field

Texas Children’s Art Festival

On Sunday, Bayou Bend Collection and Gardens presents an afternoon celebrating art that helps create a connection to Texas and American heritage. The festival will include art-making workshops, games and a group projects. See more details.
