Lillie Robertson (pictured, at left, with artist Dawn Siebel) hosted a fundraising event at the Houston Zoo. Good energy along with portraits of some Houston Zoo animals brought zoo supporters together. Siebel paints endangered species, each with its own distinct personality. Zoo keepers visited with guests, and a screech owl and an enormous tortoise had everyone talking about the zoo experience. A portion of the proceeds will benefit conservation programs at the Houston Zoo. Seen in the crowd were Anne Duncan, Mary Cullen, Candy Elkins, Les and Marty Greenberg, Melissa Ellis, Alina and Bill Schrom and Janet and Mike Odom.
