The Horn Elementary School’s annual gala is set for Feb. 25, and co-chairs Andrea Freedman, Rebekah Maddux El-Hakam, Lauren Blackburn (pictured, from left) and Mindy Vondenstein are hard at work to plan a perfect evening. The gala’s theme, Havana Night, will transform The Parador into Cuba. Guests are encouraged to wear white. Ticket prices start at $130.
