On Sunday, Pines Presbyterian Church hosted a service project in the plaza to honor our men and woman of service. A card-making station was set up to write notes of encouragement to Wounded Warriors, veterans and their families receiving support from the PTSD Foundation of America’s Camp Hope. Other activities included patriotic karaoke (with a few renditions of "Let it Go" from Frozen), a bean bag toss, and face painting by Sephora. . One of the highlights of the day was when families came together to transform the plaza into a human American flag.
