Blaze, 2, and Shiner, 4 months

I’m Blaze, and I’m 2. The little one beside me, Shiner, is my brother from another mother (literally). He’s just 4 months old. Most people mistake us for Shih Tzus, but we are not. We are Havanese, a breed that originated from Cuba. Most evenings, you can find my family and me strolling the streets of Bellaire, walking through Paseo Park, greeting other dogs and humans. I love to sneak on the Bellaire Little League baseball field and play fetch with my father (shhh). Shiner doesn’t quite understand the game yet. He just watches. You can also frequently find us dining on the patios of pet-friendly restaurants. I’m looking forward to our annual vacation to Breckenridge, where I will get to show Shiner all my favorite hiking trails. Follow our Instagram page, @blaze.for.days.
