Lisa and Evan Lee and Leslie and Gary Wiener wanted to do something to help victims of the storm. They held a fundraiser in Briargrove, with pony rides and a petting zoo, over Labor Day weekend. Pictured are Millie Frankel and Simon Frankel. They invited neighbors and friends to “pony up” some donations. The event helped raise over $3,000 for families impacted by Hurricane Harvey. The group was able to give the money directly to local families to help them get back on their feet.
