More than 700 gathered as BakerRipley held its annual Heart of Gold luncheon at the Hilton Americas Hotel. Current president emerita of BakerRipley Angela Blanchard was the honoree and received the prestigious Alice Graham Baker Award, which honors individuals for their philanthropic and volunteer efforts in Houston. BakerRipley’s new president and CEO, Claudia Aguirre, made her debut at the Heart of Gold luncheon.
