More than 500 guests attended the 2018 Alley Theatre Ball, Picasso and the Avant-Garde, at The Post Oak Hotel at Uptown Houston. The ball was co-chaired by Oscar Brown and Sarah Morgan and Occidental Petroleum and benefited The Alley’s community programs and flood recovery. The honoree was Lynn Wyatt. Guests were greeted with dramatic florals as models on pedestals displayed the latest fashions and artists painted portraits. The silent auction included trips to Napa, Costa Rica and Argentina, specialty Broadway packages, wine and bourbon pairings and art. A record-breaking $1.2 million was raised.
