All for Africa
Over 150 guests packed into Ouisie’s Table for Houston’s Wild Night Out African Wildlife Conservation Fundraiser, hosted by Rob Fuller and Cathryn Gabor. Guests mingled and shopped vendors in support of African wildlife and communities. Proceeds from the event benefited various organizations including Painted Dog Conservation (Zimbabwe), Save the Elephants (Kenya), and Elephant Crisis Fund and Friends of Samburu (Kenya). Popular live-auction items were the Tiffany & Co. “Save The Wild” elephant brooch supporting the Elephant Crisis Fund and a luxury safari to Botswana donated by Wilderness Safaris. Spotted in the mix were David and Audrey Gow, Dr. Ahmit Lahoti and Dr. Sonia Jacob Lahoti, Bruce and Lynn Connery, Woody and Marcie Garmon, Curtis and Iva Knobbe, Cullen Geiselman, Janeen Judah, Heidi Dugan, Melinda and Jim Noel, Tracey Kearny, John and Mary Kenner, and Steve and Robin Kuntz.
