The St. Cecilia Catholic Church women’s club held its annual luncheon in support of Angela’s House, a non-profit that helps formally incarcerated women transition to their new life while focusing on healthy decision-making. At the luncheon, members welcomed their new board with a blessing from Father Francis Macatangay.
