Happy Friday! Here are just a few fun fall happenings this weekend:
Full Moon Fest
Join West U neighbors for an evening of pumpkin decorating, face painting and costume contests on Friday evening at Colonial Park. Following the festival, the City of West U will show Coco on an inflatable screen at Colonial Park Pavilion starting at 7 p.m. Bring picnic blankets and lawn chairs and enjoy the evening.
Bellaire Fire Truck Pull and Car Show
Play “tug of war” with a fire truck in support of Special Olympics Texas athletes on Saturday morning in front of Bellaire City Hall. Compete for prizes or cheer on the competitors.

ArBOOretum on Saturday at the Houston Arboretum features fun fall activities for the whole family including animals, pumpkin decorating, the Trick-or-Treat Trail, train rides, face painting, a Halloween market and more.
VolunBeering with the Memorial Park Conservancy
Lend a helping hand at Memorial Park on Saturday afternoon. Meet behind the Cullen Running Trails Center to help out around the park then hang out and enjoy Saint Arnold beer plus food trucks.
Bank of America Screen on the Green: Goosebumps
Watch Goosebumps on the screen at Discovery Green on Saturday night, and arrive early to enjoy a contest and activities.
Pumpkin Patch Fall Festival
Pick out pumpkins, play festival games, ride horse-drawn carriages, bounce in the bounce house, participate in the obstacle course and more at Nature Discovery Center’s Pumpkin Patch Fall Festival on Saturday and Sunday.
