Dripping with love
It was a small and meaningful wedding for Mason Hurtte and Heather Henry, who each have a small family and lifelong friends. They met in Stratford High School band and had a note-able journey. At The University of Texas they were in the Longhorn band; he was the drum major and played alto sax, and she was in the flag corps. Of course, The Eyes of Texas was sung at the wedding, at Camp Lucy in Dripping Springs. All eyes were also on the couple as Frances Rubin walked her son, Mason, down the aisle and Heather’s aunt Yvonne Berry and sister Jessie Henry accompanied her. The mechanical engineer and master of public affairs live in Austin with their cattle dog-border collie mix, Nora, who makes music with her squeaky toy, a longhorn, of course.
