Since the pandemic hit, Ryan Rongone (pictured, on left) and Russell Haehl (on right) have been performing free outdoor concerts in neighborhoods. Russell and Ryan are both members of the Houston Brass Quintet and have been playing the trombone and trumpet twice a week in various locations to bring some fun and energy to neighbors during this time. Recently, they played in Hedy Lee’s front yard in West U. They are family friends of the Lee’s. Russell went to Parker Elementary, where Hedy’s daughter Sandy taught.
