Helping furry friends
Toward the beginning of the Covid-19 stay-at-home orders, four best buds were looking for a way to spend time together while social distancing, so they started a dog-walking business. They decided to donate some of their proceeds to dog-rescue charity Fairytale Endings, run by Alaina Rosenblatt. The determined dog-walkers, all students at Kolter Elementary, walked dogs in the neighborhood five days a week, through the heat and rain. Before school began, the boys met with Alaina and presented her with the money they had raised. They were excited to meet some of the pups Alaina recently rescued.
