Preschool students at Chapelwood School for Young Children participated in “wipe Wednesday” by bringing bags of baby wipes to the chapel service to donate to The Diaper Foundation. Diaper-drive chairs Lori Knop, Kim Kanaly, and Lexi Dunson (pictured, from left) organized the annual event that provides diapers and wipes to families in the community who need assistance. This was the fifth year of the partnership between Chapelwood School for Young Children and The Diaper Foundation. School families collected more than 350 boxes of diapers and wipes while engaging children in the process of helping others.

Editor’s note: The Buzz congratulates associate editor Jordan Steinfeld and her husband Matthew on the recent arrival of baby Sloane. Jordan is taking a short break to spend time with Sloane. In the meantime, Buzz writer Angie Frederickson is handling this column. As usual, please send your high-res photos and community news to info@thebuzzmagazines.com. Items are published on a space-available basis.

Angie Frederickson is a writer and stay-at-home mom. When those worlds collide, she has been known to hide from her children in order to meet writing deadlines.
