Newt, age 1

Hi. My name is Newt (short for Olivia Newton). My mom rescued me from Fredericksburg at 8 weeks old. I am really good at running, playing, and, most of the time, listening to my mom. My biggest obsession is herding anything that moves quickly by me. I am trying to not chase "anything with a wheel," but it is hard. I am really smart and quick to learn new tricks. My mom takes me to school, and we learn obedience skills. This summer, I want to try Rally and Agility training with my mom. I just turned a year, so I am still young for these competitions. If you see me, don't try to pet me. Put your hand out, and I will come smell you. My breed does not like a lot of strangers, but when I get to know you, I will love you forever!
