Over the summer, Abby Whitehead, age 3, asked to hold a lemonade stand in the neighborhood. Funds raised would go to a worthy cause, her family agreed. Abby decided she wanted the funds to go to the Bellaire police and fire departments. On National Night Out this fall, she was excited to hand over the proceeds to Commander Albert Figueroa.
