Tree of Life
Bill, Susan, and Scotty Finnegan (pictured, from left) joined hundreds of guests at Goode Company Armadillo Palace for the 14th annual Tree of Life Gala benefiting the Nick Finnegan Counseling Center (NFCC). The western-themed event raised more than $400,000 to support the NFCC’s mission to provide affordable and accessible mental health counseling services. NFCC was named after Nick Finnegan, the late son of founders Susan and Bill Finnegan, who began the organization after their unimaginable loss. Gala chairs Reagan and Jim Bailey, Kathryn and Jimmy Bailey, Susan and Ben Cravens, and Mary Evans and Ben Cravens coordinated the event featuring a live auction and a game of Heads or Tails. This year’s event honored the 2020-2021 advisory board chair Joe Herman. Susan and Bill Finnegan presented the Angels Among Us award to Dr. Madeleine Herman on behalf of her husband, Joe Herman.
