Clothing the community
Strake Jesuit senior Adam Miller (pictured) held a neighborhood clothing drive to benefit the clothing pantry at the Christian Community Service Center (CCSC). As part of his senior service project, Adam worked with friends and neighbors to organize and facilitate the event to support the CCSC’s efforts to serve people in need across religious, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds. Adam created and delivered flyers to neighbors with the details for collecting new and gently used clothing and shoes for men, women, and children. The response was huge: Adam collected and delivered 25 bags of clothing to CCSC.
