The West University Softball Association 14U Wave fall team earned the runner-up spot in the USFA Fall Super Six NIT Tournament 14U Open Class Division. The tournament was held at the Shadow Creek Ranch Fields in Pearland. The 14U Wave are (pictured, front row, from left) Sydney Monkmeyer, Lily Hughes; (middle row, from left) Madison Kimble, Clara Pasche; (back row, from left) Caroline Casey, Claire Koush, Callan McKay, Taylor Martin, Haylee Cross, Elena Chapman-Ramirez, and Madison Pinnix; not pictured: coach Danny Hughes.. WUSA has a busy season planned this fall, supporting six fall tournament teams. WUSA is supporting six fall tournament teams this season among the 8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U age divisions in addition to the fall recreation league with over 560 players.
