2021 Children's Museum of Houston's Friends and Families Luncheon

Support the Children's Museum of Houston at its annual Friends and Luncheon. The 2021 event takes place at Hermann Park’s Celebration Garden or virtually.

Author Julie Lythcott-Haims will serve as the featured speaker. Lythcott-Haims is the author of the New York Times best-selling book How to Raise an Adult: Break Free of the Overparenting Trap and Prepare Your Kid for Success (2015), as well as the upcoming Your Turn: How to Be an Adult geared towards young adults. Julie will share ways we can support our children’s resilience during challenging times like these and discuss the issues that they must be ready for as they take their own places in the world.

Luncheon proceeds will help support the Museum’s early childhood and parenting programs which focus on building parenting skills, providing information on child development and engaging families in the joy of learning together.
