8th Annual Mini Monster Bash

Mini Monster Bash is a free community event held annually in Saengerfest Park (2302 Strand). The event will take place on Saturday, Oct. 27, 2018, 1-4 p.m. The festival will include trick or treating at participating downtown retailers, games, crafts, face painting, balloon artists, and a costume contest. Contestants will compete for Cutest, Scariest, and Most Creative for age groups 0-2, 3-5, 6-8 and 9-11. Mitchell Historic Properties originally created the Mini Monster Bash in 2011, to provide a safe Halloween festival for the Galveston community. It has grown in popularity and participation each year.
