Bayou Preservation Association’s Blues on the Bayou

Get lost in the old school melodies and the rhythmic feel of the deep south with Bayou Preservation Association’s 50th Anniversary Gala, Blues on the Bayou. The celebratory event of Houston’s pristine bayou system will be held at the stunning Buffalo Bayou frontage home of Colleen Holthouse on Wednesday, Oc. 5, 6:30 p.m. 

There will be live music performed by KAOS as well as elegant cocktails and various buffet stations serving up Gulf Coast, Memphis blues and Cajun style cuisine. The night will be one of celebration while continuing to raise funds in order to safeguard the richness and diversity of the Houston’s bayous and streams.
