Bear The Load with Love Luncheon

BEAR…Be A Resource for CPS Kids' annual fundraising luncheon, Bear The Load with Love, will be held Friday, April 21 at River Oaks Country Club. Katherine Kardesch and Terri Havens are serving as chairs for this year’s event and they, along with their committee, are hard at work planning an exciting event, which will feature former foster child turn singer Jimmy Wayne, also known for his bestselling book Walk to Beautiful.

BEAR will also take this opportunity to honor long-time Board Member Cindy Steele for her years of hard work and dedication to the organization. Proceeds from the luncheon will further BEAR’s mission.
