Bellaire Block Party with Dennis Quaid and The Sharks

The Bellaire Block party featuring Dennis Quaid and the Sharks originally scheduled for Sat., Oct. 21, will be rescheduled for Saturday, November 11 at 1 p.m.  Due to unforeseen circumstances, Mr. Quaid has asked that the Bellaire Block Party be rescheduled for Nov. 11. Mr. Quaid was regretful at this change in plans but looks forward to coming home to Bellaire in just a few short weeks. We will be celebrating our nation's Veterans and the Bellaire Brave.

The City of Bellaire, Patrons for Bellaire Parks, and the Bellaire Business Association are excited about hosting this community-wide Harvey relief concert honoring those that live by the motto "Service Before Self".  This musical fundraiser headlined by Bellaire's very own Dennis Quaid and his band The Sharks will be held Saturday, Nov. 11, 2017 from 1-5 p.m. on the Great Lawn at Bellaire Town Square. The concert and event will benefit the Bellaire Brave Fund. The fund was created to help city employees that were personally impacted by Hurricane Harvey.  In remembering his roots, Mr. Quaid's concert will help our city on the journey to rise above the floodwaters of Harvey and celebrate the spirit of patriotism, community and resilience for which we are known. 

All net proceeds from this event will benefit the Bellaire Brave Fund.
