'Below Freezing' at the Children's Museum of Houston

Chill back and relax! The winter’s here and the Children’s Museum of Houston is keeping it cool with interactive activities during its Below Freezing WonderWeek! Pack your parka, but don’t pack away your imagination.

  • Indoor Snowball: Missing out on snow? Make your own snowball at Junktion.
  • Perfect Snowflake: Learn the secret to a perfect, snowflake using symmetry atJunktion.
  • Chemistry of Cold: Learn the difference between endothermic and exothermic reactions when you mix these very special chemicals in Science Station.
  • To Be (a conductor), Or Not to Be (a conductor): Unlock ice conductivity atScience Station.
