On Sunday, Nov. 17 the community is invited to celebrate the opening of the Community Garden at Hope Farms
Tito’s Handmade Vodka and nonprofit Recipe for Success Foundation are teaming up to unveil a brand-new community garden on Sunday, Nov. 17. This past summer, Tito’s and Recipe for Success Foundation broke ground on a new garden located in Hope Farms in Houston’s Sunnyside neighborhood, building raised garden beds and installing a nearby native pollinator garden. On Sunday, Nov. 17, the community is invited to celebrate the opening of the Community Garden at Hope Farms. Attendees will enjoy fresh food and Tito’s Handmade Vodka libations made with fresh local ingredients, as well as an interactive art wall and music from legendary Houston rapper Bun B. Tito’s Handmade Vodka will also provide Hope Farms market vouchers to neighborhood families and city localvore advocates, empowering them to eat and live healthier. Admission is free and open to the public.
The entire Houston community is encouraged to stop by the Block to Block Community Garden Unveiling at Hope Farms to celebrate the manifestation of Tito’s and Recipe for Success’ mission to work toward the elimination of food deserts.
